     Trifecta Offroad’s online catalog and ordering are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card for online orders.

Terms & Conditions For Sales of Products and Parts

     All prices in this online catalog were in effect at the time of publishing. The prices in the online store supersede all prices in any previous publication by Trifecta Offroad. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the nature of the products in this online store, availability could change without notice.

Product Images

     At times, Trifecta Offroad uses sample images to represent our products. Use the title and description of the product to choose the correct application for your vehicle. Refunds or Credits created due to a customer purchasing the wrong merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be reimbursed. 

UPS Shipments

     Most of the products Trifecta Offroad handles will be shipped UPS ground. If faster shipping methods are required, please make a note in the comments box while placing your order with contact information or email or call us directly for custom shipping quotes.  Delivery of normal ground shipments will take from 2-10 days for items in stock depending on your location. Some of the items in this catalog are considered UPS oversize or UPS overweight. 


Truck Freight

     Some products are too large for UPS and must be delivered by truck (fenders, hoods, etc...). All orders requiring delivery by truck must be pre-paid. Prices for delivery will vary depending on the area of the country you live in. You must call and speak to a sales representative to get a shipping quote for your order. 

Shipment Shortages

     When you receive your order, thoroughly inspect it to insure all the parts shipped to you have been received and are in good condition. If you are missing any items check your invoice to be sure that these items were indeed shipped and are not on back-order status. If a shortage has occurred, contact Trifecta Offroad immediately to insure prompt replacement. If an item is received but is damaged, see "Damaged Merchandise" below. 

Damaged Merchandise

     It is important to inspect the condition of your package at the time of delivery with the delivery person still present. If the package appears damaged, open and inspect the contents with the delivery person. If your delivery is damaged, make sure your delivery person notes this on his/her delivery sheet. Immediately contact UPS or the trucking company that delivered the merchandise and Trifecta Offroad. The carrier will also contact Trifecta Offroad so that the merchandise can be replaced and a claim can be initiated. In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise where the damage was concealed, contact Trifecta Offroad immediately. We can then arrange for return and replacement of the damaged merchandise and file a claim with the carrier. You must inspect your shipment promptly upon receipt as Trifecta Offroad will not honor a damage claim after 15 days from the date of shipping. 

Backorders

     Some items may not be in stock at the time of ordering and may have to be backordered. Trifecta Offroad will keep track of your backordered items and will release those items to you as soon as they are in-stock again without prior notification. We do not charge you for backordered merchandise until we are ready to ship it to you. If you do not wish to receive backorders, please notify us as soon as possible.  Most items are back in-stock in 3-5 days although some items may take up to 30 days to return to stock. If you wish to cancel a pending backorder, call our sales department immediately, backorders canceled after items are shipped are subject to a 20% restocking charge. 

Return Merchandise

     Trifecta Offroad guarantees all the merchandise in this catalog to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Trifecta Offroad will replace any defective products. If you have received a defective part we ask that you contact Trifecta Offroad within 21 days of receiving that item. Returns created for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have received a product and you are simply unsatisfied, contact Trifecta Offroad. Each returned item must be in or accompanied by its' original packaging and be in unused condition. Be sure to package return merchandise equal to or better than you received it. Damaged returns will be refused at Trifecta Offroad and delivered back to you. All returns sent by C.O.D. will be refused at the time of delivery to Trifecta Offroad. All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee.  A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

All returns must be made within 21 business days of placing an order with Trifecta Offroad.  No returns will be accepted after 21 business days.  All parts must be in their original condition.  No returns on electrical components, tools, or parts attempted to be installed.  The return procedure must be followed exactly or return will not be accepted.  

Returns will result in store credit or exchanges only.  Only under special circumstances will returns be handled otherwise.

Return Procedure

Provide your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return the part.  If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name ordered with.  All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable.  All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.

Sales Tax

     Any order shipped outside California is exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to pay the current sales tax rate on all merchandise purchases. California sales tax rates are subject to change. Current tax rate at time of printing is 8.75%.
